Okay, I am really late to the party with this one, but that's because I was hoping to podcast about it but things fell through. So now I'm going to write a brief, very late, hardly worth reading blog about it...
So Peyton Manning is now a Bronco. Called it. I thought Denver would be the best place for him. A team that made the playoffs with a less than stellar quarterback in the AFC is the perfect suitor for Manning. It was the perfect fit for both teams. Now Denver with an elite quarterback and that defense will be a real contender in the AFC.
And as a Tebow fan I was hoping he would still be in Denver so he could learn under Manning for a bit. But alas, that was not the case. Denver traded him... To the Jets. That made me want to puke. I don't want a Tebow Jet jersey! I hate the Jets!
But there is a silver lining in the clouds. Even though they just extended Mark Sanchez for three years, no one believes in him. I am willing to bet that Tebow will crack the starting lineup in New York this season. Should be a fun watch.
